Ng Kok Song has channelled his time, effort and resources to aid communities in need. He supports and actively participates in community activities either through personal donation, distributing food to the needy or in partnership with community groups. He was especially active during the Covid-19 pandemic working alongside with community grassroots organisations to support vulnerable families.

Ng Kok Song has spoken at various financial conferences as keynote speaker. He gladly volunteers his time to do so when the institution agrees to make a donation through the speaking engagement fee to a charity or cause of his choice . Recipients range from Palliative Care, Disability Sector, Children’s Charities and Social Mobility.
